This Privacy Policy forms part of the Jellyfish.com Account Agreement and is incorporated by reference therein. This Privacy Policy covers information you may provide to Jellyfish and that Jellyfish may collect through the Jellyfish.com website.

Information Jellyfish Collects
Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a positive experience while you're using Jellyfish.com, and allow you to set up an Account to participate in our Smack Service. Jellyfish.com Account Sign-Up
When you join Jellyfish.com using our online form, we collect your email address, password, and zip code, and may also collect your mailing address and other personal information listed in the sign-up form. You can review, update and change some of your personally identifiable information-including your email address, mailing address and password-in your Account. In addition to using your email and mailing address to contact you regarding account activities, we may also update you on new product offerings and communications relevant to your use of Jellyfish.com (Jellyfish updates). If you do not wish to receive Jellyfish updates, you have the ability to stop receiving these mail communications by signing into your Account and changing your communication preferences. You will always receive Account-related communications from Jellyfish. You may not opt-out of these emails unless you cancel your Account.
In some cases, Jellyfish promotes our Account sign up in connection with a third party marketing partner offer (for example, when we offer special co-hosted Smack Shopping events). We call this a Co-branded Account sign up form. If you register using a Co-branded Account sign up form, we may also share your Account sign up information with the applicable third-party marketing partner. In such cases, the Privacy Policy of the third party marketing partner which governs the use of your personally identifiable information will always be clearly posted. We expect these marketing partners to respect the privacy of our users, but we cannot be responsible for the actions or policies of such third parties. Jellyfish contain links to other web sites that are offering products and services for sale online (Jellyfish Merchants). Jellyfish makes efforts to ensure these Jellyfish Merchants are reputable, but we cannot control their web site terms and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. Jellyfish Disclosure of Your Information
Except as explicitly stated herein, we do not sell, rent or trade any personally identifiable information to third parties. We may disclose some personally identifiable information to Jellyfish Merchants in connection with a purchase you made from that merchant.

Jellyfish uses security measures to protect the privacy of your Personal Information.
